We offer both standard and express shipping for most orders within the United States. If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped by: USPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS. Express shipping options include UPS 2nd-Day Air or Next-Day Air.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM
*NOTE: These estimates do not include order processing time. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders do not count Saturday as a delivery day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. If you choose Second Day Shipping after 12:00pm CST on Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
UPS 2nd-Day & Next Day Air cannot be delivered to USPS owned PO Boxes, RR Boxes or Drop Boxes

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping quote of the charges to accept or reject and have your items shipped normally. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International deliveries
We do not accept international orders. If you wish, you can ship your order anywhere in the United States and from there have it shipped to your country through an intermediary.
RETURNS:
To help us process your return/exchange in a timely manner, please follow these four steps within 90 days of purchase:
- Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging. All merchandise must be in the same salable condition as when you received it. If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the box your order came in.
- Please include proof of purchase (invoice), as well as your name, address, email, phone number and order number (if applicable), and a brief description of why you are returning the item.
- Attach the return label to the bottom half of your invoice, or address your package to

Note: The return label is not prepaid. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Ship your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Abba is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.
If your shipment has been damaged or there has been a mistake, email or call us and we will send you another shipment. Email us at orders@mundobiblia.com
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs will not be paid unless the reason for the return is our mistake.
